The food is prepared, as far as is seasonally possible, using fresh basic ingredients in the hospital's own state-of-the art equipped kitchen and delivered to our patients, tagged with their name, on individual, heated trays. Our experienced chefs prepare foods that not only promote good health and aid the healing process but are also tasty.
The menu, itself, is put together by our dietitian according to the scientifically determined daily calorie and nutrient intake requirements and contain, beside the macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats), the required ratio of trace elements, minerals, vitamins and fibers.
We mainly treat patients suffering from musculoskeletal diseases; however, we can accommodate patients with an accompanying illness requiring special foods or diet.
